I rarely write reviews, but I could not wait to write this one. Tim and his family came out to deliver and install a slightly used spa today. The team work was incredible. There were a number of challenges, but Tim was not discouraged — a solution-oriented individual. Our experience was nothing short of extraordinary.

Loved it. They came out beforehand to check everything out and explain what should be done prior to delivery. Once delivered, they moved it in place and wired everything up. They explained how to clean and maintain it. Totally friendly and say to call if there are any questions.

Tim was on time, does good work and was a pleasure doing business with. He was able to remove my old 7-person spa without the use of a crane by removing my side gate and re-securing it. He also provided sound advice in regard to purchasing a replacement. His service was a good value.

I highly recommend San Diego Jacuzzi Transport. Tim was great to work with. He was responsive and clear in his communications. I knew exactly how to prepare for the move. The move went smoothly and according to his plan. Pricing was reasonable.

I needed to replace my old spa which required the demo of my hardscape. Tim was great. He provided really helpful advice and brought in an electrician to sort out problems with the power supply. I appreciated the care that Tim demonstrated on the job.

Due to some unfortunate events, we needed our hot tub out of its cement vault and we needed it done ASAP. Tim immediately picked up the phone and booked me for an appointment. Super friendly, professional and positive. With some brainstorming, persistence, and patience, they got it out of the vault!

Great service, great price and great people to work with. Tim and Will provided excellent service for my hot tub. They arrived exactly when they said they would and were ready to work. They diagnosed the problem, got the part ordered and installed the replacement within four days.

I have had the opportunity to have Tim help me with my new jacuzzi and he has been absolutely great to work with. Informative and knowledgeable. I am a novice with my spa and he has explained everything easily and patiently.

Tim is the man! Very professional and extremely helpful, not only with regard to helping me find the right used spa, but to pick-up and move the spa once I found it. Very good communicator. Even gave me a little class on how to take care of the spa once he finished moving it.
